16-Day Donor Trip to Nepal

20 February 2025

This special trip gives you a chance to see the work of Eye Care Foundation in Nepal. You will also visit many cultural highlights of this beautiful country, including the ancient royal cities in the Kathmandu Valley. In Kathmandu, you will meet our local team. In Pokhara, you will visit a large eye hospital that was built with support from Eye Care Foundation in 1993. In Gorkha (known for its Newari architecture) and Baglung, you will visit eye clinics.

With this trip, we want to show you the eye care work we have been supporting in Nepal for over 40 years. We also hope you will enjoy Nepal’s amazing nature and rich culture – the “roof of the world.”

The trip will be led by Eye Care Foundation staff members. The hotels are carefully chosen for a good mix of comfort, simplicity, and location.
