Since 1994, Eye Care Foundation has worked in partnership with Cambodia’s National Program for Eye Health (NPEH) under the Ministry of Health. Through mobile eye camps in provinces such as Kratie and Pursat, Eye Care Foundation has restored sight to hundreds of people, giving them back hope, dignity, and independence.

Driven by the vision of providing affordable, accessible, and sustainable eye care for underserved communities, Eye Care Foundation expanded its work to Stung Treng, Svay Rieng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, and Tbong Khmum. More recently, activities have also been introduced in Pailin, Oddar Meanchey, and Preah Vihear, in close collaboration with provincial health authorities and national partners.

Today, Eye Care Foundation focuses on preventing avoidable blindness, training eye care professionals, strengthening eye care infrastructure, and improving access to affordable services. Through initiatives such as the Clear Vision Workplace Project and extensive community outreach programmes, Eye Care Foundation now reaches more than 10 million people across 16 provinces and the capital city.
