A little history of eye care in a comic book with Winksy
We are excited to launch the second publication in the Winksy series: “A little history of eye care by Winksy: the Art Edition”!
Winksy is a cartoon character who is a true expert in all things eye-related. He travels the world to share his knowledge with children (and their parents of course). This time he welcomes you to his new jungle house full of beautiful works of art from different periods that tell the history of eye care. One of the paintings in this book is the Portrait of a One-Eyed Man by Vincent van Gogh, our favorite Dutch artist. We are therefore very pleased to have presented the first copy of the book by Björn Stenvers (ECF CEO) to Gundy Van Dijk, Head of Education and Interpreting at the Van Gogh Museum.
